| Description |
Filter ball are made of 100% polyester fiber, in a network of interlaced strands that are manufactured to prevent the balls from fraying and releasing residues during use, while increasing lifespan. During the filtration process, the gaps in the filter layer gradually decrease along the direction of the water flow, which is in line with the ideal distribution of gaps in the filter material from top to bottom. Compared with sand, the filter ball has high filtration accuracy, good elasticity, no agglomeration, etc.
700g corresponds to an amount of 25kg of filter sand (quartz sand). |

| Attention |
Since filter balls have a very high dirt absorption capacity, the dirt particles adhere very strongly inside the filter balls. The performance of the pump is usually not sufficient to wash out the dirt in commercially available filter systems. We therefore recommend washing the Filter Balls by hand; we do not recommend backwashing the filter system.  |
