Product Description
Fiber ball is a spherical filter material formed by tying fibers. Compared with traditional steel filter materials, it has advantages such as good elasticity, no floating surface, large gap, long working cycle, and low head loss. During the filtration process, the gaps in the filter layer gradually decrease along the water flow direction, which is in line with the ideal porosity distribution of the filter material from top to bottom. This results in fast filtration speed, large pollutant interception capacity, good filtration effect, renewable and reusable use, no need to replace all, and saves time and effort.
Fiber ball filter material can intercept small suspended solids that are difficult to precipitate and remove. The filtration rate is 3.5 times higher than traditional sand filter materials. The filter materials can be backwashed and regenerated, and can achieve automated management. The general filtration rate is 30m/h, with a coarse filtration inlet of 100mg/l, a effluent SS of ≤ 5mg/l, a fine filtration inlet of 20mg/l, and a effluent of ≤ 2mg/l. Widely used in high standard water use in industries such as oil fields, chemicals, electricity, metallurgy, etc; Recycling, bypass filtration, and wastewater recycling.
Performance and characteristics
This product uses high formaldehyde vinylon and shaped polyester yarn as raw materials. By using a large number of biological groups attached to the surface of the wastewater to repeatedly contact with oxygen, the suspended solids and organic matter in the wastewater are degraded to achieve the treatment goal.
Its characteristics are:
1. Light weight, high strength, stable physical and chemical properties, and durability.
2. The fibers that float with water make the gaps between the fillers variable and less likely to be blocked by biofilms.
3. Large specific surface area, strong activity, and good treatment effect.
Product packaging

attention
The storage of fiber balls also has certain requirements. When storing, fiber balls are flammable, so we should choose to place them in a cool place and regularly check if the fire-fighting equipment is complete.
