Products Description
Activated carbon as an adsorbent is used in various industries for extraction and purification.Activated carbon through biological modification for improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment process and contaminant removal from aqueous solutions emerges as a recent technology from the past few decades.
Since high-quality wood chips and coconut shells are used as raw materials, our activated carbon produced has lower ash content, less impurities, gas phase adsorption value and CTC than the traditional coal columnar carbon. The pore size distribution of the product is reasonable, and the maximum adsorption and desorption can be achieved, thereby greatly improving the service life of the product (average 2-3 years), which is 1.4 times that of ordinary coal-based carbon.
This manufacturing process aims to produce re aggregated coconut shell activated carbon, which has been proven to have excellent performance in many applications, especially in water purification.
This reaggregation process aims to provide highly active and durable particulate carbon, which is designed for multiple reactivation cycles and can be recycled while maintaining its critical high quality and operational performance.
The re agglomeration process provides higher performance activated carbon, enhances sustainability benefits through re activation, and provides overall cost-effectiveness to our customers.
