Since industrial sewage contains a large amount of different sand, soluble or insoluble organic matter and impurity particles, it is very difficult to treat.

In sewage treatment, water treatment activated carbon should integrate interception, filtration, purification and adsorption, and has excellent treatment effect. The treated water quality needs to meet the national emission standards, so there are many things to pay attention to in selection and use.

There are three points to note about water treatment activated carbon for industrial water treatment:

Many manufacturers will consider using filter tanks for sewage treatment. When using filter tanks, columnar activated carbon will react with ordinary steel and produce corrosion. Therefore, when choosing filter tanks, try to consider stainless steel filter tanks, so that the sewage treatment effect of columnar activated carbon can be better guaranteed.

According to the different water quality to be treated, columnar activated carbon of different hardness should be considered. In sewage treatment, if the hardness of columnar activated carbon does not meet the requirements, it will affect the treatment effect, and even fail to achieve the expected effect.

When using an adsorption bed, the decision should be made based on the replacement cycle and regeneration situation of the columnar activated carbon. Selecting columnar activated carbon with a longer service life, reducing the replacement frequency and head loss, can ensure the effect of columnar activated carbon wastewater treatment.
